Cheez-It released the previously exclusive Cheez-It Crunch line in January 2026, including three bold flavors that are now available nationwide. In October 2025, the flavors Kick’n Nacho Cheese and Zesty Jalapeño Cheddar were released exclusively at 7-Eleven. Since the beginning of January, major retailers have started putting all three flavors on shelves. This new snack is crispier and lighter, with bold flavors including a fan favorite, Sharp White Cheddar.
As the brand has expanded its textures from the original cracker, people have had different opinions. Adelyne Gardner(11) said, “I like the new texture. The taste is different from the original, but not bad.” Tom Furrcron, who recently tried them, said he likes the idea of them but would probably not buy them again. There are many mixed reviews, but it still seems worth trying if you are interested in an airier texture.
The snack is advertised with the same “100% Real Cheese” along with the addition of “Max crunch and flavor.” They have delivered on the crunch, though reviews have not been as high as expected. The crackers still have the same square shape, but they look more like a windowpane, which makes them different from the Puff’d version. With a bolder texture that adds extra crunch, they can make a fun snack for lunches or parties. Cheez-It brings a familiar flavor with a noticeably different crisp in every bite.
