Today we will be learning about the Pixar movie, Hoppers!

Hoppers is a Disney–Pixar animated film aimed at kids and families, released on March 6, featuring a young girl named Mabel (voiced by Piper Curda) who uses technology to “hop” her consciousness into a robotic beaver and save the beavers’ habitat. Mabel is an animal lover. She is able to communicate with animals after the transition of her consciousness into a robotic beaver. While pursuing her goal of saving their habitat from destruction, she inadvertently starts an uprising. Directed by Daniel Chong (writer of We Bear Bears), the film stars Jon Hamm as the mayor and Bobby Moynihan as a beaver named King George. The film contains nods to other Pixar projects, including Up and Lightyear.

Ishan Mahal (12) said, “I haven’t heard much about it, but I might watch it. My favorite Pixar movie is Coco. I really like a good main character in a movie, with good character development.”

Christian Bowling (11) said, “I am very excited for the Hoppers movie! I really like Pixar and Disney movies, so I’m looking forward to this one. My favorite Pixar movie is Wall-E. I think a lot of children and families will watch the Hoppers movie.” It seems like Hoppers is a highly anticipated movie that will be appealing for families and children.
