Billie Eilish has been in the music industry since she was 13. Her hit song “Ocean Eyes” started off her career. Since the release of “Ocean Eyes,” Eilish has grown into one of the most popular artists in the world. With the release of her newest album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, she announced a tour that would become one of the biggest worldwide.
On Oct. 16, 2025, I attended the Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour. It was the best concert I have ever been to. The setlist included a wide range of songs, from devastating ballads to dubstep club beats. The visuals and overall setup of the tour were astonishing. There really wasn’t a bad seat in the stadium. One thing I appreciated most was how much Eilish took the attendees into consideration. She ran around the stage, waving at every fan she could while keeping the musicality intact.
The most memorable moment of the concert for me was the “When the Party’s Over” loop. Eilish sat in the middle of the stage and asked the whole stadium to stay silent. She looped the backing vocals to the song and eventually began singing the lead melody. Sitting in a stadium with 21,000 people completely silent was a chilling experience. The amount of variety in the concert was surprisingly abundant. Although my show did not receive a surprise song, others did, including the Oct. 17 concert, which featured a cover of “I Fall in Love Too Easily” by Chet Baker.
Near the end of the concert, Eilish ran off the stage and participated in a barricade run. It was an incredible experience for eager fans to connect with her, even if it lasted only a few seconds. She extended her arms, holding hands with fans who had floor tickets. While I was not on the barricade, a friend of mine was, and she got to hold hands with Eilish during the run. In previous shows, this moment has led to some dangerous situations, but my show refrained from grabbing or pulling her in any harmful way.
All in all, the Hit Me Hard and Soft concert was a mix of intense emotions and energetic beats, and it became a memory I will never forget. I highly encourage others to attend if they have the chance, because it was genuinely one of the best moments of my life. I applaud Eilish for the construction of this show and have nothing bad to say.
