Lindsey Sterling, a rising dancer that plays the violin while dancing, just came back from her around the world tour that started on April 15th and lasted until September second. Lindasy toured all over the UK and the USA and is currently embarking on a winter tour called The Winter Waltz Tour which her fans went crazy for when it was recently announced.
Lindsey first took an interest in the violin at just five years old. Though she also loved to dance, her parents asked her to choose between the two due to financial issues. Lindasy loved both, but there was still no intensiveness in her choice to play the violin. Despite this, Lindasy almost gave up music in college, suffering from anorexia and depression, but Lindsey managed to become the spectacular dance musician she is today.
Shelby Goudes (9) said “I love Lindsey so much because she seems so nice and when I first heard her, she sounded so different like nothing I’ve heard before with her electronic music but with violin incorporated into it it was so unique!” She even appeared on Americas got talent, and impressed the judges not only by mixing hip-hop, pop, and classical music on the violin, but by incorporating dancing with playing the violin.
