Coachella 2025 was on the two weekends of April 11-13 and April 18-20 took the world by storm with its impressive musical acts and unique fashion. Let’s take a trip to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California and talk about Coachella 2025!
Coachella 2025 had groundbreaking performances, some of which included Lady Gaga, Green Day, Charli XCX, Travis Scott, Missy Elliott, and Post Malone. It was the perfect blend of new and old artists. Lady Gaga was the first headliner of this year and certainly started it off with a bang. Her headlining set was theatrical with five acts set up in “play style.” Ann Elise Kadela (12) said, “Lady Gaga’s set had the best costumes and definitely the most entertaining performance I saw.” Charli XCX was also a big performer. She was known for her guest appearances including Lorde, Billie Eilish, and Troye Sivan. She performed songs from her famous “BRAT” album and drew a large crowd. All the performances this year exceeded expectations and were a huge hit!
Aside from the music aspect, Coachella is known for its expressive fashion. Every year, your favorite celebrities and influencers strive for the best look. Coachella 2025 brought trends such as western style, Y2K, and revealing looks. Influencers like Tara Yummy and Alix Earle both lead the trend of micro shorts this year, embracing that Y2K look. More trendy fashion trends at Coachella included matching sets, headpieces, and some big stars even kept it to the tame side this year. Emma Jones (11) said, “My favorite look was definitely Leah Kateb from Love Island.” Everybody who came to Coachella 2025 served high fashion this year.
Coachella 2025 was one to remember. With the combination of good outfits and good music, Coachella is definitely a bucket list item for many. This year will be hard to beat. Who would you like to see take the stage next year?
